Below you will find our basic rental rates. Major holidays including, but not limited to New Years, Christmas, Thanksgiving and 4th of July, may be rented weekly at a higher rate, due to increased demand.

Cleaning Fee:
10% Placer County occupancy tax added to all rentals; prices subject to change.
